You will win praises, recommendations and endorsements from others much, much bigger than you are. High quality is in scarce supply, and scarcity greatly increases your appeal.
3. Vision
Know where you want to take your market, and why .
Lead and show the way. But justify and entrench your role as their shining light in a dark, dark world. There are many with absolutely no idea as to what is good, better or best for themselves.
4. Win-Win-Win
Facilitate equally beneficial relationships with others.
As a team, you will all receive compounded benefits not achievable on your own. These benefits will further be multiplied when all the parties to the team contribute more than they are required to.
5. Test
Never assume - let your market tell you what's best.
See the whole picture in the colors it was painted in and spot the fake immediately. Conduct systematic, scientific testing to determine and implement the best combination of what you have to offer based only on the results you get in return.
6. Leverage
Increase desired results through combined efforts.
Make a small 1 equal to 100. Make a small 100 equal to 100,000. Make a small 100,000 equal to 1,000,000,000. Go forthwith and multiply. Refuse to be trapped within limits defined by others - always attempt to break through the parameters of what is possible.
